wow.. tomorrow got to reach hilton at 7am sharp at my pastry dept.. today was my first day, haha.. one thing i want to say! today i cut alot of cheesecake! one 500g cake cut in 16pcs! and you know what? no cutter shape and just cut by your eyes! even during my practical at school i just anyhow cut and whack it! but this is hotel ma.. and i never cut so nicely in my life. and today was like training me to cut!!! haha.. need more practise lor! hahaha! learn learn learn!! yeah?
